I visited Get Air in West Chester (Office Park Drive) about three days ago and was extremely concerned about the condition and safety of the facility. First, there is a table blocking a stairwell that appears to be used to prevent children from entering a “restricted” area. That area contains ladders, pallets stored upright, and other materials that could seriously injure or even kill a child if accessed. Blocking a stairwell with furniture is unsafe and unacceptable. The bathrooms were not functioning properly and emitted an overwhelming smell of stale urine that could be smelled from the play area. This raises serious sanitation and health concerns. Most concerning, under the green padding covering the trampoline springs near one of the center islands, there were missing springs that appeared to be concealed by the padding. My 2-year-old became caught in that area, fell through, and had her leg trapped and scratched. Thankfully, her injuries were minor, but this could have ended much worse. Additionally, multiple “pay-to-play” machines were broken or damaged, and the foam cubes throughout the park are shredded and clearly in need of replacement. While the staff we interacted with were polite and friendly, the overall condition of the facility is unsafe, unsanitary, and poorly maintained. This location needs immediate inspection and corrective action to meet basic safety standards. I will not be bringing my children back, nor will I spend any more money here. If the owners want this business to survive and thrive, significant investment in maintenance, cleanliness, and child safety is absolutely necessary. Ohio Revised Code – Child & Public Safety ORC §3717 (Ohio Food & Retail Sanitation Code) Requires public facilities to maintain sanitary restrooms, control odors, and prevent health hazards. ORC §3745 & Local Health Department Authority Grants local health departments authority to inspect and cite unsanitary conditions in public establishments. Ohio Building Code (OBC) OBC §1003 & §1027 (Means of Egress) Prohibits blocking stairwells or exits with furniture or obstructions. OBC §303 & §307 Requires public assembly areas to be maintained in a safe condition free from hazardous storage. Ohio Fire Code OFC §1031 (Maintenance of Exit Routes) Exit access stairways must remain unobstructed at all times. OFC §304 (Combustible & Hazardous Storage) Unsafe storage of pallets, ladders, and materials in public areas is prohibited. Consumer Protection Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act (ORC §1345) Prohibits businesses from exposing consumers to unsafe conditions while charging admission for services. ASTM & Industry Safety Standards (Commonly Enforced) While not statutes, trampoline parks are generally expected to comply with: ASTM F2970 – Standard Practice for Trampoline Parks Covers padding integrity, spring coverage, maintenance, and inspection requirements.
The main issue I had with the place was literally no staff in the jumping area observing the kiddos and safety. There was a thing on the waiver about watching a safety video and there was no attempt to display any such videos. There was not even a staff that went over any rules the kids just came in and started jumping after the waiver. The kids were able to stay safe jumping and using the equipment that was available. I noticed there was no one in the jump area for toddlers preventing teenagers and bigger kids from going in there. I was happy to have not seen any collisions up there. The area for the party was smallish so my group was in the party room and also spilled out into the main area but the staff was very friendly and just let us know we could use the tables that were apparently reserved until they needed them for another party. I would be worried if I was the owner that someone will get hurt and sue my pants off.
Literally filthy dirty. We got there on a Thursday during Spring break week when it opens early for toddlers. The toilets had an inch thick of dust and poop all over them like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Trash was over flowing and there was trash everywhere all over the floor. Truly disgusting and clearly they do not regularly clean this indoor play area.
Went to Dinosaur toddler one on 2/25/25 for my daughter’s 3rd birthday! We had a blast! The ( t-Rex) aka Nate is a gem of an employee! Stayed in character the whole time! Got such a kick of him chasing the kids around and the kids loved his silly antics! All around a really cute set up and low key easy outing! Can’t wait to see what you come up with next!
So I asked the kids how they liked it and they loved it overall and that’s what it’s all about. So on the adult side they have no food in house but do have vending machines and one is a healthy option. The restrooms have 2 toilets in the women’s and 1 toilet and 1 urinal for the men’s. They do have massage chairs that you buy time to use and it was great. Overall family fun is great but just plan to go out to eat at an additional place. They do have party rooms available and partner with Papa John’s for the pizza. Personally I expected more but my kids and grandkids loved it so I will definitely be going back again but that’s what’s it’s truly about is entertainment for the kids and they have done that 100% so my rating is 5 stars.
