Kiki was so helpful and handled a dodgeball issue calmly and professionally, making sure the kids stayed safe while still having fun. She always goes above and beyond to make every trip enjoyable, positive, and exciting for everyone. Her patience, energy, and ability to keep things running smoothly really stand out. Management should really acknowledge her dedication to Altitude and the amazing experience she creates for the kids and families who visit.

She was playing nicely not hurting anyone, and some kind of boy threw they dodgeball so hard and she did nothing, and he hit her 3 times and she threw to him to because it a game called “dodgeball” so he started to hit her badly again and again, but she was playing with other people, and my girl seed stupid because he throw only to her, and he told her mum that she seed the n word but she didn’t, but I didn’t know English, they blamed my girl. And we are MUSLIM we CAN NOT SAY THE WORLD, they kick us out, because she got hit be a boy, and the worker blamed my girl, but it wasn’t true The worker instead of blaming the boy blamed on my girl, it wasn’t even fair and it’s not the truth. I hate that place that’s so not for my children.
