I considered myself an already decent manifestor of what I wanted in life, but I recognized I didn’t exactly know the steps in how I've done it. So I thought what if I invested in myself to learn how to consciously manifest?! And with this thought, I was guided to Sterling Mire! And when I say guided, I truly mean it — I didn’t research manifestation courses or coaches... And this is how conscious manifestation works! It becomes physically effortless. Choosing Sterling to be my coach has been one of the most profound conscious choices I’ve made in my 20+ years of working on myself. The work Sterling has taught me has been bits and pieces I’ve gathered over these many years, put into a succinct process. Additionally, Sterling has made me aware of blocks I never read or heard others talk about. What I’m doing now feels like she and I are 1000% deep in it together. Sterling shows up, keeps it real, and holds me accountable in the most gentle and supportive ways. In the almost-four months I’ve been working with Sterling one on one, I got a significant raise at work (one that I asked for a year ago, and was promised but didn’t seem to be crystallizing with my persistent “follow-ups” with my boss), “met” my soulmate (via rekindling of a longterm relationship), deepened the trust in my relationship with my preteen, shifted the formerly-biased trajectory of an ongoing litigation to be one of fairness/common sense, and landed a dream design project at my current job. None of this required me to seek out nor attract any “new” places or meet “new” people. However, it is new and feels new...all of this has been in front of me…in my field, and I’m only now experiencing it on a higher plane! The most profound changes I’ve experienced is not even the outcomes I mentioned, but in how I feel about myself and my life - not just in stillness but in every waking busy moment of my jam-packed days. The anxiety I used to wake up with and work so hard to alleviate doesn’t exist anymore. That in itself is a huge success, and something I wasn’t even expecting out of this work. I know this is just the very beginning. I’m so excited and grateful to go deeper and master this work, and allow my external reality to reflect my inner reality! Sterling’s AOM System is everything you will need to change your life. When starting my sessions with Sterling, I was in a chronic state of stress and fear. I had a lot of resentment. There was so much weight on my shoulders from people, things, and limiting beliefs. I knew there was something more to life than what I was experiencing. I have read a lot of different self-help/manifestation books looking for answers and although it was all good information my life remained unchanged, until I met Sterling and The AOM System. AOM is a foundational system, supporting me in every moment. After 2.5 months of working with Sterling, I can confidently say I am on the other side. I have clarity, a sense of peace consistently, compassion, faith, and understanding. I can see my life changing before my eyes in tangible ways and energetically. Sterling has been with me every step of the way. I am beyond grateful for her. She is a master, a light that spreads into every aspect of your life. I am so happy I made this investment in myself and my life!

Due to a stressful unhealthy relationship with my job, I was experiencing panic attacks, severe neck and shoulder pain, and could not sleep. I also have a very sick mother and had difficulty finding a healthy balance in my life. My hopes and dreams have been on hold for quite some time until I connected with Sterling! She truly has a gift with her Art of Manifestation System. The AOM system is nothing short of LIFE CHANGING. There was an immediate reduction in my anxiety which helped me consistently enjoy a good night sleep. Also, in a very short period of time, creative opportunities for my music projects started popping up and I was able to pull a band together with top-notch musicians! I’ve met so many new, inspiring and interesting people all within the first 30 days of the program. I am so ecstatically happy about my new work/life balance and the improvements in so many close relationships. In addition, my horrible neck and shoulder pain has dissipated substantially.
