I’ve boarded at a few ranches in the area, and not one of them even slightly compares to this place! If you want a barn with people that become family come here, if you want to just have a great time on your horse without any judgement come here, if you want easy trail access with lots of fellow trail riders this is your place. Good vibes and good attitudes and my horse thrives!

I think the new owners are not very organized ... And for some reason they want Hispanics to get to know their place and they charge people to go in when they have a party at an event...they had a day of the death event and they were only allowing the people they wanted into the ranch....(PS)...it's totally fine it's a private place but advertised and say by invitation or friends we want only...... Me and 3 other friends where there 3 weeks ago and they kept telling us to go visit every Friday since they practice barrel racing ....and they also invited us to the event on Nov second We drove an hour to get there and the OWNER did not let us in she said there was too many horses already.....Wich is understanding... As I'm coming out of the parking lot ... Some friends are know are pulling in.. They allowed them to come in...I guess they knew the owner and allowed them to come in.. Again it's ok no problem ....but the least they could have done was to say on flyer or on their web site .. that it was an invite or friends only...... And if you don't want to be overwhelmed with people showing up at the ranch when you have an event.... Stop trying to invite and asking us to come in to get to know your ranch.... It sounds like you just want friends and known ranches or famous names as jimenes ranch to see you..... So for me first and last and will tell people about how you treat people ...

Great boarding location for horses with owners who really care about their boarders. They recently started hosting community events too that are fun and cater to many people. If you’re a regular in this world or not, they make you feel very welcomed and make sure you have a great time.

I've been at Gibson Ranch for over a year now and can honestly say I can't imagine boarding anywhere else! Family owned and operated, the Gibsons really do it right. The arenas are well groomed and the hay is excellent! They get the same premium hay for boarders they get for their performance horses! Ride out the back gate directly into the Hansen Dam recreation area without any hassle. There's a herd of cattle for roping and sorting events held several times every week. Too good to be true? Almost! There's a waiting list to get in here!
