Rusty Bradley deserves kudos and accolades for all the help I received. Rusty knew I was trying to locate a specific ornament that had been sold out in my hometown and other towns. I was on the phone for about an hour and a half trying to locate it. I called Phoenix stores because my sisters who live there would probably help me out to ship it if I found it. After several unsuccessful attempts to locate it, I called this store. Rusty answered the phone and I was thrilled when they said they had one!!! Long story short, Rusty handed out a Christmas miracle that day. The ornament was purchased personally by Rusty and then she sent it to my sister-in-law in Texas - where we’ll be next week. I couldn’t convince Rusty to take Venmo or Zelle, either - what true Christmas spirit! My sister-in-law just texted and said a package arrived from AZ. It’s under her tree and I can’t wait to share my story with her.Thank you, Rusty, for my Christmas miracle!!!

A great Hallmark store with an amazing selection of Jim Shore figures! Employees were super helpful, and I want to give a special shout out to Rusty. She was very knowledgeable and was also able to recommend really nice pieces in the style I mentioned I liked.

I love this store! I stopped in to drop of letters at the post office and stayed to look around! Wow! So many ideas for gifts or just my own personal use like a tshirt from Lfe is Good!

I recently visited this Hallmark store for the first time because I needed a post office that could send a certified letter. I was pleasantly surprised to find a convenient post office within the store. Heather assisted me with my postal needs, and she was incredibly helpful and efficient. Rusty checked me out when I purchased some additional stationery, and the entire experience was seamless. The store offers a fantastic selection of fun, unique gifts and cards. As someone who enjoys sending letters, I appreciated the well-organized, clean, and friendly atmosphere. I was able to accomplish my postal errands and find some great cards and stationery. I highly recommend this Hallmark store for both its excellent postal services and its charming selection of products.
