Nice store with great selection of items. Prices are average and they carry a few exclusive items, but overall all items here are the same as any other gift store in the area.

Cute shop. Lots of selection and Miffy. Not sure everything inside here is fully authentic but most of it is. Tons of cute plush to pick from.

One of the staff members with long hair was quite rude. I visited today and asked another cashier whether they could order a Jellycat item that was not currently in stock. Before the cashier could respond, this staff member abruptly interrupted and said “No!” There was no explanation, no clarification—just a very cold and dismissive response. I completely understand if special orders are not possible, but basic courtesy and a polite explanation should be expected. Is this really how customers are meant to be treated? Can’t even use a warmer tone?

Cute little store with fun merchandise from Korean and Japanese retailers! From Moomin, pokemon, and other pop culture items. Purchased a cute Moomin pencil case! Regret not buying this funny Gremlins magnet.

Such a delightful shop! Lots of merch related to anime, studio ghibliand of course many characters. Just loved spending time there and drooling over the merch. Nothing is cheap.. but its worth a visit for die hard fans. Also close to the famous steam clock of Gastown Vancouver. The whole street is colourful and entertaining.
