I sought Paul’s professional help several months after having a knee operation - I had torn cartilage removed in December 2023. Although the operation was considered to have been successful, my mobility was still severely restricted by the spring and I was in quite a lot of pain. I am used to doing a lot of walking, so being so dependent on my car was becoming rather depressing. I had 14 weekly sessions with Paul. They really were painful - I called them my weekly torture sessions- but he got me moving again. I can now walk without a stick, and I have at last been able to return to my volunteering job. As well as obviously knowing what he’s doing professionally, Paul is pleasant and irrepressibly cheerful. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
