I am in disbelief! Please avoid I urge everyone my beloved laptop has been ruined by these people !! I took my laptop in on Saturday since it wouldn’t switch on I was told it was definitely a charging port problem which they would just have to change the charging port ! I came back and was told there’s water damage there is nothing we can do :( I thought this was incredibly dodgy since I never once put any water near my Laptop so guess what I did ? I took it to another shop which told me that ONE they stole my sd card ( the brain of the computer) which holds all my pictures all my documents everything ! And 2 there was no sign of water damage at all ?? What else oh yes that actually they pulled the charging port and sparks flew and they themselves damaged it !! Oh wait but this story does not end guys ! Number four they disconnected my keyboard ? Why would they do that you may ask ? So that I would 1000% think that my laptop was dead forever ! If you guys wanted to fool me you could have been a bit more like believable I guess ? Taking advantage of a young girl who’s a uni student isn’t a very nice look ? Well I went back to said shop and asked for memory card and they gave it back to me I also asked why they said it was water damage when it was not ? And the man said he cleaned it hence why no water damage can be seen ? I went back to the other shop and he said that there was no sign of cleaning since they would have to take this big black circle out which they did not do ! So yes moral of the story please avoid here and if they said your laptop is dead forever they most likely have stolen your sd card , to probably sell or use on other laptops !!

I had made a visit to their store for a new screen protector. The staff personnel over there didn’t even apply the screen protector appropriately as it was having air bubbles on the edges. I requested him if he could try and remove the air bubbles, but he just took the screen protector off and told me to go to another store. Poor thing that the guy couldn’t even do his job properly. Very arrogant staff personnel. I will recommend to please avoid this place for any mobile related services. He had just opened and applied 1 of the screen protectors not 3

I took my wife’s phone recently as her phone wasn’t charging past 3% and I assumed that she needed a battery replacement which was what I explained to the shop owner. He informed me that the port will most likely need looked at as it is charging and so not a battery issue. Long story short my wife’s phone was able to charge but I have to take a moment to admire this shop owner’s honesty and also charging me a reasonable price. I recommend this shop to anyone looking to repair their phone, immensely knowledgeable and above all else honest. Well done!
