Very communicative and responsive team, made it easy to decide to go here for my window replacement. They were very open to every questions I asked and was able to give me a good deal too. The instalation by the mobile workshop team was very straightforward and quick! I was able to use the car rightaway.

Needed a broken window pane replaced, a window installer recommended Glass Doctor. New glass installed within a week. Quick, easy process, good price. The tech, Roberto, was great, answered all my questions, very professional, was cautious taking the old glass out of the house and bringing the new glass in. I thought this was going to be a difficult process and was going to replaced the entire window - Home Depot couldn’t do a virtual appointment for almost a month and that was just to measure. I will use Glass Doctor for any glass replacement needs in the future. Cleanest window in the house!

I wish I could give more than five stars! My truck was broken into the night before, and I needed my window repaired before driving home — about two hours away — especially with rain in the forecast. I first called a competitor just to ask if they could get to me today. After a long list of questions — name, vehicle year, color, VIN, etc. — they still couldn’t answer my simple question. I never even reached a live person! Frustrated, I called Glass Doctor of Dallas Metroplex, and what a difference. Trent answered the phone right away, was extremely courteous, and listened to my situation. He said, “Yes sir, we can absolutely get to you today.” I gave him the details, and less than two hours later Rees, the technician, arrived at my location. He quickly repaired my side window and had me safely back on the road. I couldn’t be happier with the service — fast, friendly, and professional. Glass Doctor of Dallas Metroplex is simply amazing. Highly recommend!
