Glenbrook Collision Center let my battery die. Had to comeback three times in the same week after saying the paintjob was done. Hyundai had this place paint my car with their paint warranty. Low battery issue caused other issues with the car. I would rather have just had my car with paint issues then get it painted.

This car was taken to Glenbrook Collision 9/24/24 for a pass. fender and a bumper cover. It should have been a simple repair for a competent body shop. The car was "finished" and ready to be picked up on 10/11/24. Upon inspection it had the worst panel fitment, runs, sags, paint chipped off the new bumper and a bunch of trash in the paint job. ***PICS WITH YELLOW HIGHLIGHTS & 1 IN THE CORNER ARE FIRST TIME IT WAS DONE*** They had nothing but excuses when the car was brought back. On 10/15/24 they started the second attempt at this car. The second time when the car was "finished" on 10/29/24 the finish work on the paint job was unreal. It looked like a 12 year old got ahold of a buffer. They had to pay a professional detail shop to fix that bad finish work. The paint job is still inferior to one from an actual professional body shop. It has a huge sag in the paint and smaller runs. At this point the only thing to do is file a small claims in court for money to be returned since this is not a place to trust. ***PICS WITH BLUE HIGHLIGHTS & 2 IN THE CORNER ARE THE SECOND TIME IT WAS DONE***

Where do I start. Requested this place as the are a Dodge collision center. It was over a month for a rear end repair. Had to get the manager Aaron involved as when I went to pick it up the first time the repair was awful. It was wrinkled and the back shroud was never attached! They kept it and had it another 3 weeks. Still does not line up. Once I got it back, I parked in garage. Barely drive it. Today I am getting it ready and the wiper fluid acts clogged. Imagine my surprise when I pop the reservoir and smell it, Dodge carpet cleaner! Eating the seal. I have contacted them and want this taken care of. Someone above Aaron needs to take care of this. See video below. Then my coolant is low and noticed that they broke the cap off and never said anything.

Just got my Jeep back today after repairs for the well-known paint bubbles. I can't even express how pleased I am with the work that was done! She looks like brand new! They were quick to get the work done, and even got done a couple days earlier than expected. Only complaint I really have is that there wasn't much communication. I understand you guys are busy, but a call or two letting me know the progress on my Jeep would have made me feel a little better. Overall, my Jeepsy soul is happy 😊.

To make it short and sweet. Had to wait a month to bring my car then, then over another month until the repairs were finished. Staff was mostly friendly save 1 person, and handling of the rental car and agency was fine. Price turned out lower than the original estimate as well. As long as someone elses insurance is paying, I'll will bring back my vehicle again.
