Global Fitness was very accommodating with my order. They didnt charge my card until I was satisfied with what was being shipped. I decided that I wanted something different and they worked with me to change it out even after I had made the order.

I have not been to the place, I placed my order online. The experience was great. They worked with me on my need to have the bike shipped at a time I would be home. I ordered it and then I was going to be out of town twice and they held it for me. What was great was the shipping company really worked with me to get a day I was home from work. If I needed something else this is differently the place I would buy from.

Ordered a treadmill and once it was received it was missing parts. The company sent a tech and the parts and the tech was able to get the treadmill working. After 3 months the treadmill has stopped working. The customer service rep said it would be a few days to find a tech in our area. This started 2 weeks ago and I still have not heard anything from customer service or a tech. Meanwhile the treadmill is still inoperable. Customer service has been really tough to deal with here and still no answer after 3 emails and 4 voicemails. Update: Owner called and was very apologetic and quickly found a tech in our area who came out and fixed the tread. I am changing my review to a 5* because they stood by their product and ultimately got the equipment repaired. Could have a little better service but overall the quality is good and the machine is working. Highly recommend

I originally had a rough start working with Global Fitness, but then the owner was made aware of my issue and fixed everything. I now have a great Precor bike that looks and feels brand new for a fraction of the cost. The bench press I got is very high quality, also.

I bought a machine from this companv and had it shipped to me. When I received it, it wasn't working properly. After describing in details what was going on and sending a video they were able to send the new part and a service tech to install it at my home. It is now working perfectly! I love my new exercise machine and would order from them again. Even when the tech came out he said the inside of the machine was very clean and even tho it was used it looked brand new.
