This review is specifically about the store and not the brand itself. I want to make that clear up front because I do feel differently about each. In my opinion, the brand as a whole is overrated. The prices are on the higher side and, unless you catch one of their BOGO promotions, it’s hard to justify paying full price. I think many of their products could be found at more reasonable costs elsewhere. However, when it comes to this particular store, I had a really positive experience. The staff was genuinely nice and welcoming. They seemed knowledgeable and ready to help without being pushy, which I really appreciated. The store itself was clean, well-stocked, and very organized. Everything was easy to find, whether you were looking for vitamins, minerals, protein powders, or other supplements. It felt like a one-stop shop for most physical health needs, which is extremely convenient. I guess the convenience of having everything you need in one place does come with a price, but at least this location makes the shopping experience smooth and pleasant. If you don’t mind the brand’s pricing, this store is definitely a reliable spot.

I usually don’t go in store to buy products, online is my go to but I needed some protein asap I called all gnc’s around San Jose and none of them had the flavor I was looking for until I called here. They were kind enough to set aside their last Ryse tub for me, the two workers who helped me are great and have immaculate customer service. They also made it to where I can have it delivered instead of going in store which is very convenient since I live an hour away. They gave me quite a few samples to try out.

Very poor customer service. All employees are unprofessional and sitting around on their phones every day I walk in. There always seems to be some kind of box full of products sitting in the way of customers. They close the store early with their “break clock” posted on the door. Whoever manages this location needs to reassess their ability to run a team.

Don't bother with this location. Always going through new employees. Most recent visit I needed a specific refill for $15. Website still shows it in production, but store owner said they changed it and upsold me a different product for $50! -- Returned home to look up my product and found they are NOWHERE NEAR the same product, let alone my product was still being sold online. Will be going to a different store 10 miles away to exchange. Idiot.

Drove by and saw customers inside but after trying to park (very difficult to find at this location), the door is locked with a "will return @ 7:15" sign. Hours show they close at 7pm so I'm not sure how that works. No one answering the phone either and it's business hours (arrived 6:45pm). Very inconvenient.
