I had a terrible experience at TD Printing today. The person I interacted with was extremely sarcastic and impatient from the start. When I mentioned I had just sent my file by email, he insisted I hadn’t — even though it can take a minute or two to show up — and snapped, “You just have to believe me and resend it instead of justifying that you already sent it.” Of course, my email showed up a minute later. He was so rude that I actually had to ask him to calm down, but it didn’t seem to help. When it came time to print, he told me I’d need to pay for test prints, which was fine. He recommended a paper type for my 8-page file (4 pages with photos), and when I saw the result, it was terrible — low quality, blurry text, and poor photo resolution. Then he said, “Oh, we’re commercial printers, we don’t print photo quality.” That’s something he could’ve told me before charging $4 for “test prints.” To make things worse, he seemed to be eating or cooking in the back and handed me the prints with the same hand — the test pages even had stains on them. I paid because I had agreed to, but honestly, I’ll never go back. Whether it’s for personal or commercial jobs, the quality is awful, the attitude is worse, and the experience is completely unprofessional. Summary: rude, dismissive, misleading, and low-quality prints. Avoid.

TD Printing did an amazing job with the Senior Football Banners they printed for us. The quality of the prints for 22 banners has vivid colors and clear detail. The turnaround time from me ordering, to them being ready was quicker then expected. And the price was better than other local places I called. T was friendly and great to work with. Will recommend to anyone who needs quality printing done!

I visited their store on weekends and they helped me a lot with my requests over the printing. They patiently give me suggestions on what material and paper to use for my order and how much will it costs me. I really do appreciate their help and their guidance with putting my prints in order.
