The $10 quality wash lasted about 90 seconds and didn’t even clean half the trunk or the rear passenger side. I called the number that was provided so they could make it right but they weren’t willing to do anything. They said once I left the site you couldn’t go back through again, but I told them that the wash was so lousy I wouldn’t come back anyway. That’s a heck of a way to do business. Go to the Exxon in Bon Air much better wash for less money.

Have been twice. Vacuums barely work. Last time I went took mother's car, barely dirty, barely dirty, and car was covered in almost a mud sludge, seems like from other cars maybe. When car dried around 30 minutes later returned and talked to employee. They said policy is to not rerun if left premises when you couldn't even tell how bad they made the car until it dried on the glass, car is brown. Employee was argumentative about policy until threatened that they failed to deliver services, and credit card company would be contacted for fraud. Car ran a second time. Car wash still dirt afterwards. TL;DR Wash quality mediocre/actively bad, very poor customer service, vacuums barely work.

It is so easy to keep your car clean both out side and inside. Takes 5 minutes to go through the wash. The vacuums are the best I have ever used. I wish I had one at home. There is also a car mat cleaner that you just put your mats through. I highly recommend it.

Awesome experience at Tommy’s Express Car Wash! I went with “The Works” and my car came out looking super clean and shiny. The whole process was quick, smooth, and really convenient. The staff was amazing — super friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain the membership options and helped me find the perfect one. Great customer service all around! Highly recommend if you want a fast, high-quality wash and great vibes. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Seriously? I knew my car was pretty dirty so I opted for the #2 wash ($19.00), and wow, what a disappointment. The wash was EXTREMELY quick (less than 1 minute) and it shows. Clearly the owner is prioritizing the water bill over happy customers. Any other wash in the area is better than this one. Will not be returning, should’ve asked for my money back.
