David Akao, NPWR Owner transformed my son‘s life’s for the better!! Neither one of my sons, cared for fitness however, they both wanted to have muscular physiques! As their mother, I was more interested in anything that would encourage overall fitness and health benefits, so as a gift I agreed to pay for private fitness sessions with personal trainer, David Akao, whom came highly recommended. Since training with Dave, my son’s confidence has flourished and overall thoughts about health and fitness is much more positive!! Plus they got those “muscles” they were longing for as a bonus! Both sons have careers that require some flexibility. Dave has been very flexible working around their schedules and making accommodations as needed. I’m so happy that both of my sons have chosen to continue their weekly workouts with trainer Dave indefinitely!

Trainer Dave has been such a blessing, not only to me, but everyone he coaches. It shows through the results of everyone he trains. He is very passionate and knowledgeable and will do whatever he can to make sure anyone is coached to the specific way that fits them. Not only is he a good trainer, but an even better person. He has been there for me personally with me trying to start my own sports business. He is a once in a lifetime kind of trainer that actually cares more about the people rather than the money, and for that if you get a chance to train with him I would take sincere advantage of it.
My son is a competitive swimmer and David has worked with him to focus on growing muscle and increasing speed. As a result my son has already seen faster swim times and a change in personal confidence. David is professional and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend. Works great with youth athletes!

Without a doubt, he was eager to work with athletes of all ages, both boys and girls, and he created a workout program that was inclusive and effective for everyone. His dedication to building a strong team environment was evident, and the results speak for themselves. We've seen an extreme improvement in the vertical jumps of several players this season, significantly boosting both our blocking and offensive kill stats.
