Not sure what kind of shady business is going on here. I had a 3:30 PM appointment and arrived a few minutes early, around 3:15. The doors were closed, no one answered the phone, and after knocking, someone eventually came from the back. This was my dog’s first visit (a 16-pound mini shelter dog). I asked for a price for a cut and bath, and was quoted $120–$134 for “the works,” but was told the groomer would confirm the final price after seeing him. The groomer came out, said it would be the basic service, but after exchanging a look with the front desk person, they repeated the same high price—$120–$130. It felt odd and not transparent. I understand grooming isn’t cheap, but I’ve never paid more than $60. If I’m going to pay a premium, I’d expect a clean facility and better customer service. The lobby smelled strongly of dog feces, nothing looked clean or updated, and the staff didn’t seem particularly welcoming. I walked away and told them it was out of my budget—but honestly, if the place felt more professional and presentable, I might have paid it. The whole experience just didn’t feel right.

My puppy loves it here! She is so ecstatic when we arrive every morning. The staff is super attentive and friendly. The pups get some command training every day and the rooms have windows which I love because Waffles loves to lie down in the sun. The webcam always works. Plus she gets her nails trimmed while at daycare as they have a groomer on site. I highly recommend Go Fetch.

This place is great. I took my elderly dog here for grooming after Petsmart refused him and they did a fantastic job. Apparently he fought the entire time and they were able to handle him fine. Hes looks great and hes all trimmed up for the summer.

I love them, close to home, my dog gets excited each time we pull up (tells me she likes being here). Great hours, courteous staff.
