My wife Manying is coming here for her right knee pain and she is getting pain free with all exercises and therapy. Hayward is her therapist he is amazing and very professional with the approach. I diversify is good! I feel like everyone is very happy and because of which when we come here to get treated for our pain we feel less worried and anxious. Instead we feel more like home. I give 10/10 stars to this facility. It’s nice and clean and big!! With all machines very advanced for all age groups

Golden Hills Milpitas and their team has been essential in helping me with my frozen shoulder. I have been going here for six weeks and have seen the expected improvements. The physical therapists have all been honest in setting expectations and the work it takes to meet them. My main physical therapist, Avani, always listens to my concerns and answers any questions. She is great at gauging what my body can handle and pushes physical therapy far enough that I make progress and still want to come back. All the various PT aids that have helped me are genuinely friendly and knowledgeable. They make the open area for physical therapy fun and enjoyable. As much as I want to my frozen shoulder to be resolved, my time here has been more enjoyable than I anticipated and if I am thankful to be recovering from frozen shoulder at Golden Hills Physical Therapy in Milpitas!

From the moment I first walked in, the entire team made me feel supported and confident in my recovery. My therapist, dhwani is truly remarkable. She carefully tailored my rehabilitation plan for each knee, monitored my progress closely, and adjusted exercises as needed. Her knowledge, patience, and ability to explain everything clearly made a huge difference in my recovery. Thanks to her I regained strength and mobility faster than I expected. The aides, Mansi and naisargi, were consistently attentive and encouraging. They guided me through every exercise with care, ensuring I maintained proper form—something especially important after two knee surgeries. The front desk team, Ketki and Disha, are always warm, organized, and incredibly efficient with scheduling and insurance matters. They made every visit smooth and stress-free. Golden Hills PT Milpitas is a caring, skilled, and genuinely dedicated team. I am extremely grateful for their support throughout my double knee replacement recovery.
