I'm the granddaughter leaving the review about the physical therapist Amala because she helps my grandmother. She make sure to push her but also not to cause extra pain. Amala listens to what she needs. If you go here I believe she is the best and so friendly. We tried other ladies here but they weren't friendly. If you come to this place and need the same as my grandmother than Amala is who you need. My grandma likes her and Amala makes it a nicer time for her.. like she doesn't dread physical therapy. I would also like to give Tommy a 5 star review because he works with Amala and we see him right after. He always been so nice and friendly to my grandma. He's always been welcoming and so helpful. Thank you Amala and Tommy for helping my grandmother

At the physiotherapy center, there is a well-coordinated and well-organized effort by the therapists, led by the chief physiotherapist. The exercises and massages carefully performed with me by therapist RAN DEEP have greatly helped to relieve my back pain and improve my body mobility. RAN DEEP is a professional in her field- she diligently devotes enough time to each procedure, is attentive, and shows genuine care for her patients.I wish you and the entire team patience, success in your noble work, and grateful patients.

I’ve had such a great experience at Golden Hill Physical Therapy! My doctor Arpna and Assistant doctor Robert are both amazing — they’re professional, patient, and truly care about my recovery. They always take the time to explain each exercise and make sure I’m comfortable and doing everything correctly. I’ve seen real improvement thanks to their knowledge and encouragement. I went to them for about 4 months after my ACL surgery, and honestly, it was a really stressful experience. My recovery was slower and more painful than typical ACL cases, but instead of motivating or guiding me, they just made me panic more. The team felt inexperienced — they mostly work with older patients and clearly don’t know how to handle more complex or challenging recoveries. They kept changing exercises so frequently there was hardly any consistency … They were short of electrical stimulation devices; often resulting in long waits. Ive changed PT now and mentally im doing much better

Here's what I appreciate about her: * personable - easy to talk to and ask questions * caring - always asks how I'm doing, pain level, function, etc. * committed - consistently gives me excellent care @ each visit. * healing gift - She's great at what she does using various modalities and stretching me out to increase my range of motion, strength, and endurance! I've improved with each body part to my satisfaction. * knowledgeable - Based upon her knowledge and years of experience, she has a natural sense of what to ask me, how to evaluate, how to work my body, and what exercises I need. * organized - She always thinks ahead, figuring out how many visits I have left so that I can have the BEST progress possible and also meet our mutual goals. Writes detailed reports * creative problem solver - She gives me appropriate home exercises and even creates custom exercises not in the database that will help me the most. She thinks outside the box! *good boundaries - Always informs me of what my insurance will cover such as the total # of visits for the entire year under Medicare. She also knows that she's only to work on one body part at a time, not multiple body parts; great that she respectfully follows within proper insurance boundaries. Thanks for listening!!!
