I am a longtime "customer" patient and appreciate the incredible care at Silver Creek Physical Therapy. About a year ago Jason was helping me after a terrible back-country snowboard crash injured my arm. I did some PT with Jason while I waited to get an appointment with a surgeon, and discovered I had a torn rotator cuff and 2 torn bicep muscles. After surgery I have been treated from John Kelly who is doing an excellent job helping me get back on my feet. I am 9 weeks post surgery and recovering quickly.

I had an excellent experience with John Kelly as my physical therapist, and I truly can’t recommend him enough. After completing my sessions with him, I feel significantly better—my joints are less painful, my back pain has improved, and I’m now able to walk more comfortably and confidently. John is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to make sure every exercise was done correctly and safely. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made a huge difference in my recovery. I’m very grateful for his help and the great results I’ve achieved.

Jason is great and has helped me get back to normal after I had my ankle surgery. I am currently seeing Jason again for an elbow injury and the progress has been amazing. Silver creek physical therapy has been a life saver for me.

Alexa is a phenomenal physical therapist!! She is kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. I am only partially through my treatment, but thankfully I am already feeling the difference. The entire team at Silver Creek Physical Therapy is consistently courteous and professional.
