I am visiting from Canada and borrowed my friends truck. On the highway I heard a loud pop and hissing, only to find the tire go flat in under 20 seconds. Pulled over, changed the tire to the spare tire. I looked in the glove box to find a receipt for 4 brand new tires from Goodyear Auto Service. They were less than a month old. Called Goodyear this morning and asked how long it would take for them to fix the flat. She said 2 hours. No problem. Take the flat there, she gets my info and my partner and I spend the next 2 hours perusing Waikiki. After 2.5 hours I call them to get an update. She said it would take another hour. Fine. No problem. After 45 more minutes she calls me saying they can’t fix it. I ended up taking it to VIP tires and they patched it in under 30 minutes. What a waste of my time. She couldn’t even look at the tire to tell me they couldn’t fix it and not only that was going to charge me to fix it, a month old tire. What a joke of a place this is. Take your tire issues to VIP.

Unfortunately, I had to make a return trip to properly reset the tire pressure warning light. However thanks to Stanley who had great customer skills made each trip pleasant.

I didn't get service here but I had incident at their location. Im a RideShare driver and I dropped off a customer, and while exiting I went over a high curb and my vehicle was stuck. The staff saw what happen and helped me get the vehicle off. If there more stars I would give more. Mahalo to John, ChiChi and the others that were there to help. 🤙

Made an appointment for an alignment on a Monday holiday. Was in and out in 35 minutes. Car was pulling to the right, so far so good after the alignment. The staff were pleasant and professional.

Very very poor experience. Made an appointment online and received confirmation via email. Get to site on time and during check in they stated I had no appointment and that they didn’t have the tires. I showed proof of appointment and they stated I would have to wait as a walk in since there are no technicians available and they will have to find tires on site that would fit my car. After almost two hours I finally got called to the counter to say they will be starting the car soon and that the only tires they had were a higher series of tire (ordered Coopers and they only had Goodyears. Only good thing about this experience was that I got Goodyears at the Cooper price since that is all they had). After another half hour my car finally goes in to get worked on, now 2.5 hours into me sitting in their lobby. Once the car was finished I paid and left. Totaling just under 4 hours. I get home and notice some marking on the wheels, thinking it was just the soap used to put the tire on I thought nothing of it for a few days. Today when I washed the car I found out…let’s just say…it’s not soap. There are heavy scratches all around the outside of the wheel on all 4 wheels!!! I used to work at Goodyear and this would never have been acceptable. I am greatly disappointed and upset at this whole situation. If Goodyear sees this and wants to make things right they can contact me. Pictures below are of the scratches on the wheels. Unbelievable
