Been wanting to try this place out, I drive by it daily. They close at 4 on Sundays. I arrive a little after 3. There was a 30 min wait. I was getting a spa pedicure and spa manicure. I was offered a complimentary adult drink. I just had a baby a couple weeks ago this drink was needed. Im going through postpartum and this was my break to try and help. A guy did my service. He was welcoming overall. Compared to my usual nail place I was not completely satisfied. It was very basic like I had did the service myself. Pedicure. It was quick. No cuticle softer was used and barely scrubbed the bottom of my feet. Manicure: I was most dissatisfied. No cuticle softer was used. The water for dipping was cold and only had my fingers in for 10 seconds. No lotion or oil on my hands or cuticles after service. Everything was done very fast, under 8 mins. Not relaxing at all. It was well after 4pm so perhaps they were in a rush to close up and I was the last one there. No fault of mine was there almost and hour before closing. There is no description on site as to what the spa manicure consists of but if it says spa atleast it should feel like one and be relaxing. Overall I would go back to try other services and complimentary drink. I’m just not to sure about the quality for my mani pedi, I may stick to traveling to my usual place.

Made an appt and couldn't wait an extra 40 min for my tech to complete their last client. Switch to another and added a service because I couldnt wait that long. Really cute and relaxing environment. Saw a set of nails Kim recently did and wanted to try the shop again. Really wanted to make this a repeat visit, but its always something when I come here. 😞

Unfortunately, quite disappointing pedicure. My friend and I thought the place looked great and inviting and would be a nice relaxing experience but it turned into a rushed pedi. I felt like the person who did my nails didn’t want to be there working on me. We scheduled a Deluxe Pedicure but ended up getting a plain pedicure. Very basic and we were out the door in 45 minutes. The person who did my nails kept pressuring me into gel polish even though I said I wanted regular. She seemed mad when I would not change my mind. We had really high hopes for this spot but I do not think I will ever return. My nails look fine but no better than I could do at home and there were no extras and they didn’t even really let my feet soak longer than a couple of minutes. .
