The staff at Gracelane is so caring. One of my two pups developed a problem and they made sure she was seen by a vet and given the proper care all the way through. We had constant communication and they assured me they had everything under control so we could enjoy our vacation. They have webcams, terrific communication, a clean facility, trustworthy staff and high end food so you don’t have to bring anything from home if you choose.

This was our puppy's first boarding experience and everything was great! They helped us understand what to expect for his first boarding experience and made sure we would have all the appropriate vaccines in time for boarding. The facility looked nice with a pretty walking trail and friendly staff. Everything was well-organized and our puppy seemed to have a great time at camp!

Grace lane kennels was incredible in caring for my Portuguese Water Dog on an extended vacation we took. They noticed that despite eating all his food, he appeared to be losing weight. They proactively took him to the vet, and when they increased his food and he continued to lose weight they drove all the way to Ardsley to take him to our vet. I was incredibly grateful to them for paying attention and caring enough to do what was right for him. Charlie’s doing great now!!

I needed boarding for my cat for a couple of nights and the girls at the front were awesome. They were kind, and gentle with my baby. It was my first time ever having to board a furry family member so I was very unsure and nervous, but that was all put to ease the moment I arrived. Immediately when I arrived, I saw pollinators exploring Gracelane Kennels beautiful flower garden. The building exterior appeared clean and well maintained, and the interior reception was just as excellent and inviting. The team took their time to explain everything to me. I left feeling confident that my cat was in the right hands. 10/10 would re-visit. Thank you Gracelane Kennels team! :)
