Polo has had ongoing allergy and skin issues, dental care, vaccines, and follow-up visits, and the staff has always been patient, compassionate, and thorough with his care. They’ve been especially helpful coordinating care and taking the time to explain treatment options and follow-up plans. Polo can be anxious during visits, and the team has consistently handled him with patience and kindness, which means a lot to me as an owner. I also appreciate how responsive and communicative the doctors and staff have been throughout everything. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients and work hard to make both pets and owners feel comfortable. Very grateful for the care Polo has received here.
