I cannot begin to express how impressed I was with this bakery. I live in Virginia and was traveling to Texas to celebrate my dad's 90th birthday. I don't love grocery store cupcakes and wanted something with more flair and a classy vibe. My initial phone call to place the order was the epitome of superior customer service. Nash introduced himself on the phone and asked a little about me and what occasion. He was a true delight; he was clearly passionate about the bakery and I could feel his happiness that I was traveling to celebrate my dad's 90th birthday. I ordered 18 cupcakes (12 different flavors). Fast forward to Saturday's pick up. As soon as I walked into the bakery, I was greeted by Grace. She has this amazing warm energy and it was obvious she loves her customers. Nash was there and he remembered me, where I was from, and the occasion. Both Grace and Nash shared their joy and well-wishes for my dad. Now, the food review. Holy amazing decadent cupcakes!!! From the presentation to the uniqueness to the phenomenal flavor/texture, these treats did not disappoint. They are larger than a standard cupcake and each flavor yielded perfection. The cake was tender and flavorful. The frosting was so rich but not overly sweet and heavy. I give Grace's Tiers Bakery a 1000/10. I wished I had taken a photo of the inside of some of the cupcakes but the photo attached is what I received. The cupcake toppers were made by me, not them. LOL I visit Texas often and will make them a regular stop for a treat when I'm down there. Thank you Grace and Nash for being part of my dad's celebration! BTW; I ordered the Boston Cream cupcake knowing my dad would choose that one. He said it was better than a piece of Boston Cream Pie!
