We love cakes and can eat sweets- but we ordered a whole Triple Chocolate Irish Cream Cake for a birthday and it was so sweet that nobody could finish half of their piece of cake. It did not even look appetizing and that was fine, but it was SO sweet. We threw away half of round cake. We tried calling the store every day after and no team member ever picked up. It was such a waste of $40+. We are never getting cakes here again, partly because poor customer service with no responses. The pastries are mostly pretty but often dry. We do like the coffee donuts.

This is probably one of my favorite bakeries ever. If I could eat this everyday, I most definitely would. The pastries are so fresh, I don't think I've had a single one that's been bad. Just thinking about it right now makes me want to drive all the way there again and get more pastries. It's just that good. 🤤

I've been here a couple times so far and every time I walk in I'm always greeted so I really appreciate the welcoming environment!! Their pastries are all delicious and the mint lemonade is so refreshing!! I like that you can get your items toasted if you ask and the quickness of the drink service! By the time I'm done paying she already has my drink out in front of me every time! The only thing I would recommend is to have the instructions of how the self service concept works in a bigger sign with a different color than the wall so people can see it easier because I sometimes see people put their dirty tongs back on the pile of clean tongs even though the sign tells you to return to the register! Or I see people grabbing pastries with their hands.

Everyone after me was welcomed In and watched them offer to heat up three to four different people grill cheese but once it got to me it was not offered this is my 4th time coming here and only one time I was offered to heat up my grill cheese the others just sent me on my way but definitely will not be back due to the way I was treated did not feel welcomed at all and it was not even busy
