Having never tried jiu jitsu before I was looking for a program that was specific to women and I found Women Empowered at Gracie Jiu Jitsu Aurora. They offer a 10 day free trial to try any of their classes and after attending my first class I was hooked. The coaches are incredibly friendly and the curriculum is engaging. I’ve been recommending the Women Empowered program to all my female friends.

This Jie jitsu is awesome! I used to get bullied in school and when I joined I learned to stand up for myself. Not only I learned to defend and stand up for my self but I found confidence to do more things. I also learned to appreciate the art of Jie jitsu this place is awesome! Everyday I can't wait to do Jie jitsu!

She gets the best coaching from technique to strength and conditioning. This is a great gym for defensive skills training.
