Rick did a great job of installing a pico and caseta system for us to divide up lights in a large room. This was a better outcome than it would have been had I gone for a 3 way switch that I was considering. Kudos to him for a great suggestion!

I purchased a Generac Whole House Home Generator from Graf Electric a little over a year ago which included a multi year warranty. Graf was out to provide the annual service a couple of weeks ago and found that a controller needs to be replaced. Graf advised that the controller is covered under the warranty. However, Graf advised me that they no longer do warranty work for Generac and advised me to call one of two other companies to provide the warranty work. When I called one of their recommendations, I was advised that if I did not purchase the generator from them they would have to charge me a fee of $250 to come out to perform the warranty work, Graf represented to me that I was purchasing a generator with a full warranty. I paid a very significant amount for this generator and the installation for which I’m sure was a profitable job. Yet, Graf made the decision to discontinue warranty work and leave me hanging without recourse except to pay. Graf is not going to pay for the service fee and I am left to pay for it myself. In addition, I’m left to arrange service myself. I strongly recommend that you avoid doing business with this company and their personnel who does not live up to their commitments. I saw the reply wherein I was told to contact Generac to find a party that would do the warranty work without charging me a fee. Funny, it was a Graf Electric employee who sent me an email telling me who I could contact for the warranty work. Like I've explained, Graf left me hanging. They should have been the one to coordinate the warranty work since they sold me the generator with the warranty and performed the annual service work for a healthy charge.

We had an excellent experience with Graf Electric! They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and quick, all while being very affordable. We had our electrical panel replaced and the service to our house moved to pass the city inspection. Our electrician, Rick, was fantastic—he was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. He even went above and beyond by cleaning up after himself and installing a few receptacles to bring them up to code. We couldn’t be happier with the work Graf Electric did and will definitely use them again in the future! Highly recommend!

Extremely happy with Graf Electric! Very responsive and communicative throughout the whole process. Living in an older home, there was plenty of questionable electric work that needed correcting and Graf offered intuitive solutions at a reasonable cost! I appreciated that they never tried to upsell me on additional projects. I am very satisfied with the work I had done at my house and would definitely use them for all future projects.
