Had a minor gas leak and needed some outside bib faucets fixed. Derek showed up within a couple hours, did a great job and was very professional. I had used another plumbing company for a rental property job a couple weeks ago and was not happy. Will use Graf from now on

Mr. Diego was our technician and we were very pleased with his timely manner in showing up, assessing the problem, listening to my explanation, explaining to me his diagnosis of the problem, and extremely polite and courteous! I don’t write reviews often, but one was deserved today. My kitchen sink has been getting clogged every few months even though I don’t put a single thing down but water. I’ve had it “unclogged” by two other large very well known companies that used their diamond and 24k gold encrusted tools who left with a smile and half my pay check. I called Graf today, they showed up promptly and the technician, Joe, was extremely knowledgeable and knew right away something wasn’t right. Also very friendly, courteous. One of those guys that you feel you’ve known your whole life. He was able to get it flowing again and explained what may be wrong with it which will require an opening in the wall. He gave me a very rough estimate for the repairs and diagnosis which is reasonable and I’ll be calling in a couple weeks to get the work done. He asked me if there was anything else I needed done instead of just smiling and driving away with my paycheck like the other guys did. I actually did need to get a hvac flush out installed and he quickly did it..like magic. Price was VERY reasonable for the work done and they now have a new customer for life !!! Highly recommend these guys. Made my day. Thank you Graf Plumbing!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Graf Plumbing. When we discovered a water leak, I called and they were at our home within an hour! Joe, Robert, and Johnny were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and respectful — treating our home like it was their own. The work was impeccable, neat, and fully up to code. Not a good situation, waking up on Saturday morning and the toilet won't flush and something somewhere is plugged up. My first thought was to call Graf Plumbing. I have always had a great experience with them and with the plumbers that they send out. And this time was no exception. It's Saturday morning and shortly after I had called, Diego drives up. He gets out of his truck with a huge smile and says, I remember you. My neighbor had similar problems last year and I told them to call Graf Plumbing they are great, and they did. Diego and Joe came out and did a great job for them. I said that I remembered him as well. Diego looked at my problem and knew right away what needed to be done. He was very professional and exceeded my expectation's. Diego is an outstaying person. He loves what he does and loves the company he works for.
