I had a hose bib replaced. Service was fine, quality of work seems fine, was a half hour late past the appointment window (that's fine). Job took 30 mins. and charged me an hour (that's fine). Then an additional $100 in parts and taxes for a $10 hose bib! Not fine..

We have been in our house for 3 years. We have had a couple different plumbers come out because of water pressure problems in the house. Every time they told us, the pressure is fine. James from Ocean Plumbing did some work for our neighbors and did an amazing job with fair pricing, so we had him come out. He did more than just the basic test and found there was a problem at the city line. He told us who to call and what to tell them. The city came out and first said everything looked fine but then did another test and found that we were only getting 8 gallons per minute. We should be getting at least 17. The city replaced our piping that was outdated and clogged and we now get 25 gallons per minute. We are so grateful to James and Ocean Plumbing for taking the extra steps to check out our issue and not just doing the basic test and taking our money. We will ONLY use Ocean Plumbing, along with every other neighbor on the street!

James came to our residence immediately. He was very professional and started performing the services right away. We had a really bad water leak. James made the neccessary repairs as well as other needed repairs. The cost of the repairs were very reasonable. I would recommend Ocean Plumbing to anyone for a quality job.
