I wanted to say Cathy Ross and also James Simons both went above and beyond to help with a situation with my furniture. Cathy personally called me to resolve an issue I was having. She extended her gratitude to make sure to make my wife and I feel like family to Grand Furniture. James kept in touch and did all he could with in his reach of things to make sure he could comfort us in our time of need. He kept in touch by email/phone calls etc. Even on his day off he called the very next morning when he got back into work to get back on my situation. I will and always be greatful for people with great common courtesy for the customer. I will be back. Thank you again Cathy and James

Chris was a great salesman!! He helped me with picking out and setting up my dream couch , also informed me on sales. I was between two couches at the nearby stores but I was sold within 15 minutes.

Chris at Grand furniture was very friendly and helpful. He provided information on products when asked and was not pushy in trying to make a sale. I will be returning to Grand and asking for Chris the next time I buy furniture.

4.5 years left on a mattress warranty and the warranty company states they do not cover manufacturers defects. So what's the point of a warranty? Mattress has a sink hole in the middle and I'm a smaller guy. I'm going to make it a mission to spread the word on these companies. I'm retired with nothing better to do than stand outside with my sign

Kashena was an awesome sales lady! She showed me exactly what I was looking for and I left with my beautiful couch ! At a very affordable price. Great job grand furniture. Definitely coming back for my mattress and boxspring!
