We stopped by Grand Furniture just to browse, on our day of furniture shopping. However, after visiting several of the big-name stores, we found ourselves coming right back. The quality of the pieces and the level of customer service at Grand truly stood out. Even though some larger stores offered lower prices, the warmth, comfort, and overall vibe at Grand made the difference. Mr. John and Ms. Annette were honest, kind and genuinely friendly. They truly made our day and turned a simple visit into a great experience.

Came in just to see what we could get. Shawneequa helped us get not only what we were looking for but also got my husband a recliner that he’s been wanting. All within our budget. We are very happy customers! I usually feel bad after spending so much money but I feel like we got an exceptional deal.
