I placed my order online early in the morning of June 5 and they were delivered that afternoon! Julian's also called me to discuss my preference of flowers. Kudos to the delivery person who followed specific instructions at the delivery point. Best of all... my wife loved the arrangement! I highly recommend Julian's Flowers.

The flowers are amazing and beautiful. I’m truly grateful and excited for these surprise birthday flowers I got from Julian’s. But the reason I’m writing a review is the personal customer service. I had no idea I was getting surprise flowers and my door was locked and my phone was off. They went out of their way to find me, contact me and deliver the flowers. I asked to even leave a tip and they denied me. Just an overall exceptional service and product. Thanks

Update** changing the 2/5 to 5/5. Julian’s Flowers made it right by giving me a FULL refund. I’ve never gotten that level of customer service before. I truly appreciate it and will be coming back and letting everyone know how this is a business that truly cares about customer satisfaction. Flowers that were purchased online did not look like the flowers that were received. The vase in the picture is round and the vase I received with square with stems showing. Flowers could not be delivered to Portsmouth and pick up was not an option. The flowers I purchased was 159.95 and was charged $230 for a delivery to my house which was right down the road. Called my friend the day after I dropped them off and all the petals had already fallen off. Very disappointed, especially with the price we paid for these.

I used Julian's Flowers to order an anniversary arrangement for my wife specifically because I wanted to use a locally owned business.  I chose the "12 Rose Gazers" with the premium flower selection. We were both thoroughly impressed. The arrangement was stunning.  The flowers were indeed premium. They were fragrant with long stems, and beautiful perfect blooms.  The house smelled like roses for days and the arrangement looked like new 7 days later.  Other details such as the card and the final delivery were also flawlessly executed.  It was by far the best flower purchase I've made in over 40 years.  It was a pleasure to buy local and find a true commitment to quality and customer care.  I now have a "go-to" shop for flowers in Norfolk. Many thanks for your big contribution to an important day.

I live in New Jersey and needed fresh flowers to be delivered to 2 separate addresses for same day delivery. I was very pleased that Julian was able to accommadate my needs, well they did. The arrangements were absolutely beautiful and breath taking. The recipients were in awe over their flowers. These arrangements are very unique and one of a kind, not your standard design from the other online floral company. I will definitely be using Julian's Flowers from now on for all of my floral needs in Virginia Beach. Thank you again for the wonderful flowers. Hope
