Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place. The consistency of the quality here is risky. I asked for nail polish removal and a shiny buff (no polish or gel) because I generally keep my nails bare to keep them healthy. I went in for the first time, was greeted by a nice man, set up at a pedicure station. The person (young woman with friendly personality) working on my pedicure was fantastic and did a great job- removal of regular polish and callus- and did a great buff. The manicure by the other woman (middle aged with glasses) couldn't have been worse. I had gel on which had grown out so it only covered half my nail, and it was already peeling in spots. I figured it was an easy job but I suppose not. She used the little nail drill to take off the shiny coat of the gel (but was not very careful and kept making my nails feels painfully hot at times). Then applied the foil with acetone and cotton balls. Problem is she maybe waited 30 seconds after finishing covering my last nail before starting to take off the foils FROM THE HAND SHE DID SECOND- and then proceeding to use another head on her drill to drill even further through the gel that had not even begun to lift. I have never had the acetone applied for such little time, and usually when it's applied for enough time the gel can be gently scraped away. When she was down drilling more- and at this point I could see uneven patches- base coat of gel still there with little parts of my nail poking through in the places where she drilled deeper. Then she started doing some filing- which turned out to be shiny buffing. Then she massaged one arm for 30 seconds and then the other for maybe 10s. Threw on some cuticle oil and was like "look, see nice!". And I just looked at them and was shocked that she thought anyone could be so stupid to not be able to see through the shininess of the cuticle oil for what it was. My nails felt rough. So I said, " I don't know, my nails feel kind of rough". The woman looked at me in a confused way, so I decided to show the other woman who was working on my pedicure. She said something to the manicure woman in another language but I honestly feel like she was getting scolded. So then she drilled my nails AGAIN until they were smooth and the gel was finally off (taking a good layer of my nails with it). Thankfully it's smooth to touch but my nails are so thin overall that my fingers are uncomfortable/painful and even though my nails are very short it hurts to use them in any way. If you look closely you can tell they were unevenly drilled, thin and have marks of the drill deeper in some places. The gel polish I had on were for a special occasion. I rarely have my nails done and my nails were healthy, bare and beautiful for a good 6 months prior to having gel placed. When I had the gel put on they barely had to file so I know there was minimal damage. I'm so disappointed. I wish I could get a better picture but I guess I need to start speaking up for myself- but what are you supposed to do? Get up and leave? Also it cost 85 for manicure/pedicure no polish & buff. Update 11/9/2025- added picture. my nails are slowly growing out and you can more easily see the damage. I can even care for them well (cleaning/cutting) because they are so brittle, I risk bleeding/raw skin or splintering nails if I do too much. Can't wait to have my healthy nails back.
Hands down the best pedicure experience we have had! Trudy & Nancy were gentle and meticulous. Leg massage was slow and soothing.
Had a wonderful experience. Took me as a walk in so I was thankful, but then when my ombre dip nails turned out this well, I was thrilled. Lovely staff with such a kind nature.
Went in to just get my toenails and fingernails cut down (including cuticles cut) and the end result was not good at all. I asked for my fingernails to be “round” but what I got was not that. Each nail was a different shape (some were quite round, some oval, some were filed down too much on one side and others weren’t filed properly) and size as can be seen in the photos. I honestly could have done a better job on my own. If you are going to go here, beware that your desired nail shape may not be achieved. And my cuticles weren’t all cut away either. My toenails aren’t terrible but that’s because I asked to cut them down all the way short.
My family has gone here off and on for years. They are always nice and always do a good job. They have good covid safety precautions in place at this time.
