I saw Mark Bray today for my first session. I've ongoing neck, shoulder and bursitis issues for many years. Acupuncture, Physio and massage have never given more relief than a couple hours. Quite a full-on session with Mark, in a good way. My bursitis in my shoulder has relieved immensely as well as my jaw and i look forward to a few more sessions over the coming weeks where i'm confident Mark's treatment will work it's magic.

Mark is really good! He helped me loosen up my shoulder and neck area in just a few sessions. I could feel a big difference, less tension and much better movement. Highly recommend him if you’re dealing with stiffness or muscle tightness.
