I worked with Grand Central for a celebration party at my work. They went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect. They made sure the air conditioners were working properly inside the tent we rented, and our celebration went off without a hitch!
Grand Central Party was awesome for our wedding—everything arrived on time, in perfect condition, and looked incredible. They were so easy to work with and made the process completely stress-free. Highly recommend for any event!
We were so pleased with using Grand Central; it was nice to not feel rushed to get things set up or torn down right away. They gave us a couple of days to get things gathered after our wedding that way our friends and family didn't have to stick around and tear down after our wedding. They worked with me so well on the amount of chairs and tables we needed to get it as affordable as we could. I couldn't recommend them enough!
Highly recommend! We got connected with Grand Central Party Rental through our wedding planner, and met Jennifer at the Grand Central studio one Saturday morning. She was so kind and patient (and had great insights) as we tried out multiple table place setting layouts until we found the perfect combination. The entire process was clearly communicated and Jennifer was very responsive when we had questions and had to make a few changes just 2 weeks before our wedding. The delivery and pick up team was also great. We are happily referring several of our friends to Grand Central and putting them in touch with Jennifer. Thank you again for helping make our day so memorable!!
Start to Finish Grand Central did an excellent job. They were very detail-oriented to get the exact setup we envisioned. Dance floor is a must and ask for Jennifer. Highly Recommended
