Walked in just after opening on New Year’s Day and asked Gabe for a power cable for a PS5. He digs through a drawer of miscellaneous cables and hands me the exact cable I need for my son’s PlayStation. No charge. Not saying you’re gonna get stuff for free but the customer service and just general good vibes in this place can’t be beat. Stop in and see Gabe with whatever you need and know you’re taken care of.

I had a pretty good experience with mine online open box purchase. It took a little while to check out because the speakers were still in the wall when I got there. I gave a decent amount of time after my purchase before I showed up. But my order was still sitting on the printer. They figured it out and got me wrapped up. Speakers work great. No box or instructions or mounting accessories but it was a good deal on some speakers that only showed some minor wear
