Been using Graner for supplies, music, and instrument rental for over a decade with multiple kids, and absolutely recommend it. First, the staff is genuinely nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. They are not elitist and really want music to be for everyone. They also understand that parents have a lot of expenses and don’t try to sell you more than you need, but they’re also not going to sell you something that won’t help your child be successful. Secondly, they keep their staff around - meaning they are a decent place to work. I like supporting places who take care of their employees. Lastly, their instrument repair staff is super nice and they’re also solid musicians themselves. So, in short, definitely recommend giving them a visit!

We moved here 18 months ago and Graner is our go-to for everything we need to support our young Flutist and Clarinetist. Whether it's supplies or much-needed repairs, they've been world class. They are freaking awesome!!

At the beginning of last school year my son was automatically put into band as all other electives were already filled and he had no prior band experience. We were told to come pick an instrument at a school event then were told we would have to pay for it monthly. No mention of the school having instruments to borrow or anything.. We were new to this. Throughout the year we have faced extreme financial hardship and my partner lost his phone and has had no means to replace it even to currently which was who signed up for the saxxaphone. Summer passed by and the saxophone has sat in our garage collecting dust while we worked to the bone trying to catch up. Finally after all this time we received a letter about a month ago about the saxophone stating we owed over 3,300 and they wanted to sue us. This letter is what even reminded me we had it! I call them myself and think I could possibly return the instrument and maybe pay a couple extra hundred for inconvenience etc. No… they want to sue us. They don’t want the instrument back that’s in perfect condition, hasn’t been opened in a year and was only used by a beginner for less than a year at JUST school. They want to kick a young family that’s already down and squeeze us for everything we don’t have. Also after doing my own research this instrument brand new is 1500-1700. Greedy greedy greedy.

Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. My son dropped his violin and broke the bridge off the instrument. The staff was able to promptly fix/repair my son's violin, at no charge. I am so grateful, highly recommend this store.

I came in with a loosened pad on my flute and left with more than just a repair. The technician fixed the issue, inspected the instrument, and generously gifted me a polishing cloth even before I shared my struggles maintaining its shine without proper polish cream. I was honestly a little shy about how tarnished it had become, but he treated it with such care and respect. He asked for nothing in return. Such quiet kindness and professionalism are rare. I truly grateful and would highly recommend this store.
