The kicker is—I didn’t actually love the guitar I thought I wanted. But instead of just sending me on my way, the staff went above and beyond. They went to the back and unboxed two more guitars for me to try. That level of care and patience is rare. They really wanted me to find the right instrument, not just make a sale.
