Placed an order right after Thanksgiving. The initial email said it would be ready by December 5th. We called on December 18th and they could not figure out where the order was. I finally received an email on December 23rd that the order was ready for pickup. I went down to the store 3 times that week only to find out they were closed. There were no holiday hours posted on their door or website. I finally was able to pickup up my order on the 29th, when they were finally open (3 weeks after the original estimated pickup date).

We had a few hiccups and it took a lil time but the in between time and how they handled our order and the character they showed as a company made up for it! There aren’t enough stars on google to rate the excellent job they did in the end. I highly recommended graphic connection for all your promotional needs. Thank you Louis Romero St Michaels and All Angels Episcopal church. Aka curch lol

Staff was friendly enough, but my advice is make sure you have the items and invoices upfront. Have in writing all the details associated with your request. A mistake was made on a couple of items and they needed to be re-done. Trust, but verify.

My sons school goes through graphic connections for uniforms, so I've ordered many times. But every single time I go to pick up my order, the size is wrong, and my son has to wait an extra week for the correct order to be made. The drive from my house to the business is not close. I guess next time I'll have to call and ask for them to check the size before I drive all the way to the business.
