great gym but the staff is wild. have money grab policies not listed on their website and yelled at me telling me it was like arguing with a child while i was asking for the reasoning for a policy thats not publicly listed about being forced to do a lead refresher course if you failed the lead test. did not tell me when i failed it, did not tell me why i couldnt just redo the test at another date, which is usually the protocol at any other gym. rude, unprofessional, and i will not be going back to this money grab of a gym.

Certainly clean and lots of advanced options. Staff is not friendly. Can't just walk in and go unless you just want to Boulder. Must book a belayer ahead of time. Classes to learn how to belay are two hours and must be booked ahead of time. Not kid friendly at all. Not for kids.

The facility is generally good they change around the bouldering routes every other weeks. Lockers are old and rusty but they can work. Not a big fan of the staff though they just left you waiting there while chatting with their coworkers/friends. Can't expect too much from minimum wage high-schoolers or college students ig. I bought a 10-time pass so will be still going there in the future.

Came for the first time with Junction as my home gym and loved it. I only got to try bouldering but the climbs were all fantastic and the grading was super clear. There were also a variety of comp climbs (and a single) crack which really got to show off the setting team’s skill. Noel checked us in and was wonderfully helpful in explaining everything and getting us oriented. I’ll defensively be back if I’m ever in Hamilton again!

Two hours of guided climbing with my kids and our friends, and we are now hooked. We had two staff members for our party of 6 who belayed for us and guided us while bouldering. Highest climb is 50 feet! We were told it's the tallest indoor climbing gym in Ontario. Entrance was a little hard to find. Can't wait to go back though!
