I met Bruno after searching for personal trainers on Google and was immediately drawn to his approach and focus on optimizing function. After a back injury in 2024 and gaining a significant amount of weight, I finally decided to invest in myself—especially with someone who shared the same values when it comes to how I view exercise and overall health. He responded to my consultation request within two hours, and we scheduled a meeting for the next day. From the beginning, I felt HEARD and SAFE sharing my goals. He explained how the training would work in a way that was clear and easy to understand. The program is a great balance of 1:1 training days and solo workouts using an app with his own video demos explaining each movement and the sets/reps, plus a very intuitive meal-tracking app. What really sets it apart is that the workouts aren’t just regular lifting—they focus on natural body movements, explosiveness, and balance. It feels very different from the typical workout videos I used to follow on YouTube, and much more intentional and sustainable. Bruno pays close attention to detail and is genuinely passionate about helping people. He brings a lot of joy and enthusiasm into every session, which makes workouts fun while still pushing me to grow. He took the time to help me set goals that feel realistic but still meaningful. I know the changes I’m making now are permanent and not just another fad diet or quick fix. I’m putting in the work, and Bruno is always there encouraging me and cheering me on!
