Dropped in for a class while I’m visiting O’ahu and it was great! There was a lot of talent in the room and everyone was nice and welcoming. Shout out to Coach Matt for showing me around. Highly recommend this gym if you are looking for some good rolls!

I highly recommend this gym, I dropped in for an intro to jiu-jitsu class while on vacation, the instructor, Matt, was extremely knowledgeable and his class was very well structured. Even with a large class of about 15-20 students he made it around to every person to give personalized advice and critique.

I had the chance to visit Gracie Technics while I was in Honolulu this past week, and I’m so glad I did. I was able to train under Rylan, whose instruction was clear, detailed, and incredibly welcoming for visitors. The class was full and had great energy, with a solid handful of women training—which made it even more comfortable and encouraging for me. The technique, the atmosphere, and the people all made this an amazing experience. Whether you're local or just visiting, I highly recommend stopping in for a class. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I'm on the island!

I had a great time training here! The professors were hospitable, tough rolls from everyone, and I definitely felt welcome being a visitor! I highly recommend this dojo if you’re ever in the Honolulu area. Thank you everyone today!

Dropped in for a class while visiting family back on Oahu. Great gym, everybody was friendly and super welcoming (I'm new to MMA & Jiu Jitsu), and the place was very well kept and clean. Learned a bunch of new things from the other students and Coach Matt. I will definitely return next time I am on the island 🤙 Mahalo!
