On time and very professional. The driver and tour guide was EXCELLENT!!! Very knowledgeable regarding the history of SF bay. Just really great tour. Gave us free time at Muir Woods and I got a 3.26 mile hike in 72 minutes. It was wonderful. Then he left me off close to Ghirardelli's by Fisherman's Wharf and did some shopping and then walked over to Little Italy and had a great meal. All in all just an awesome time with Gray Line tours. Thank you.

My wife and I took the Muir Woods-Sausalito tour and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our tour guide was a very knowledgeable and well-spoken German lady who was also an excellent driver. A good value and a great way to spend a half-day during a visit to the San Francisco area. I would wholeheartedly recommend this tour to others. Thanks for the adventure!

We saw the Palace of Fine arts, Muir Woods with Sausalito and the a drop off at Pier 39 for Alcatraz. Our guide was Judy and she made it fun and relatable. We were given 90 minutes to walk around Muir Woods, we went to a look out point for the Golden Gate Bridge, had lunch and shopped in Sausalito. After that was all done, we were dropped off at the Pier and hopped a ferry for a tour at Alcatraz. What a day!

I did the Muir Woods tour with Roman. There are a lot of similar tours, yet I chose this one because they guarantee 1h 30m at Muir Woods, while many others are more like 1h 15m. Roman was awesome! He was insightful, funny, accommodating, professional… everything you’d want in a tour guide! He actually gave us even more time than the quoted 1h 30m at Muir Woods (1h 34m from going through the gate to needing to be back on the bus). I assume other tour companies start the timer as soon as the bus pulls in. Better yet, Roman made sure to give us the best Golden Gate views on the drive. We pulled over several times to quickly hop out and take photos. With the ever-changing fog, I’m grateful that it wasn’t just a single opportunity. I had originally booked the bus return with plans to take the Sausalito ferry back, but I enjoyed Roman’s commentary so much that I decided to stay on the bus. He took us to some more lookouts and even dropped us back off at our hotel instead of the original pickup spot. Overall, the tour was everything we could have hoped for. Thanks, Roman!

We really enjoyed the San Francisco City Tour. Both tour guide and driver were lovely and made our trip enjoyable. The tour guide was very interesting and knowledgeable, lots of history to learn about. The duration was adequate and timed quite well. Then, to finish our trip with Alcatraz was even better! Thank you again!!
