Roman was the best tour guide- funny and informative. They do a brief tour in the city, stop for great Golden Gate Bridge photo opps, and take you to Muir Woods, then Sausalito, with Roman sharing lots of local info along the way. You have about an hour to explore on your own in each location. Sausalito felt a bit rushed but otherwise it’s a perfect tour to easily start exploring the areas outside the city.
Wonderful tour!! Austin was the best guide. We went with two teenagers and they had a great time too. The walk through Muir Woods was so peaceful. Great way to see several landmarks and have a peaceful lunch in Sausalito. Would definitely recommend!
Great tour! Lots of time to explore Alcatraz island. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Muir Woods was beautiful and the paths were easy to navigate ( boardwalks) with lots of benches to sit and appreciate the beauty of nature. Sausalito was a cute little town to stop in and grab a snack or do some shopping. Overall a very good day
Roman was the tour guide for my trip and he was great. I appreciated his sense of humor and his encouraging the other folks attending the tour to be timely to ensure that we were able to get Alcatraz in time for the ferry. He also seemed very knowledgeable on the area. The instructions to meet up with the van were very clear and easy to follow although Roman had to help direct some folks from other tours who struggled to locate their bus. Muir Woods and Sausalito were beautiful and there is a lot more to Alcatraz’s history than I previously realized.
Great experience with our tour guide. We left our pickup point on time, Along the journey Roman shared his insights about the Muir Woods National Park. He also took us to San Sausalito a quaint little town just outside of San Francisco where we enjoyed a delicious Mediterranean salad. Well worth the experience and the bonus photographic spots you get to visit upon retuning back to Fisherman’s Warf. Truly breathtaking views of the Golden Gate Bridge as a bonus. Thanks Roman!
