I recently had to make the hardest decision of my life and say goodbye to my sweet dog at Great Northwest Animal Hospital. Even though it was heartbreaking, Dr. Connor Chandler, DVM, was incredibly compassionate, gentle, and understanding, and she treated both my dog and me with so much care and respect. She took the time to explain his condition and helped me feel at peace that I was doing the right thing for him. I am very grateful that his final moments were calm, dignified, and surrounded by people who truly cared.

We are so grateful for Dr.Arroyo and the vet techs here at GNW! We took in Maki for a second opinion because she wasn’t feeling better after we took her to another vet. Dr.Arroyo listened to our concerns and was super helpful and kind to Maki and us! She set a plan of action and even a back up plan in case Maki wasn’t feeling better. Within 2 days, Maki was back to her normal self. They even followed up the next week with a phone call to ask how she was doing. Maki will be using Dr.Arroyo and this office as her primary vet from here on out!

Came to bring my 4 week old puppy with Dr. Saunders. She has been amazing with our puppies and have always been attentive with our concerns. Amazing doctor with even more amazing staff. I would recommend this vet to family and friends.

Thank you Great Northwest Animal Hospital for working with me financially. Still being able to have my dad's dog seen and taken care of with her issue. Your staff is wonderful and the doctor examined my dad's dog with such care took his time in a full examination, was very gentle with my dad's dog since she is very old. Great customer service all around. I will definitely be returning back . 🙏🏻😀😃😄😁😁🦴🐶 Thanks for letting my little Chihuahua dog tag along for moral support for Bailey.
