Faced with a near thousand pound bill to repair a joint in our gutter, using scaffolding, Tony at Great Western Roofing responded immediately to our enquiry and attended the site, tested his own ladder for access and returned a few days later with a longer ladder and carried out the repair at much less cost then the original quote from another organisation. At all times Great Western Roofing staff have behaved in the most pleasant, helpful and professional manner and I have no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone.

We can not praise Tony and his team enough for the work they did for us on the roof. Honesty and professionalism at its best. Always kept us up to date with the progress with pictures and txts daily. They worked hard at getting the job done to a very high standard. Great Western Roofing were not only chosen for their quote but, as someone said before, you just know when you have a good honest reliable professional letting you know the honest facts. Cannot thank them enough for rectifying the absolute horror our daughter found herself with. Thank you Tony and your team.

Had Tony out to fix some major issues with my chimney and flashing. I was working away at the time when he initially quoted the work and after a few roofers telling my wife that we needed a whole new roof I was given Tony’s number by a friend. He sent me over a detailed report with pictures of all the potential issues with the roof. He then followed up with a quote. The work was quoted at a great price and done to a great standard with before and after pictures of all work that was carried out. They even brushed the driveway on completion. Would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Fair quote (not the cheapest but by far not the most expensive). Responsive to questions. Worked fast to complete the job against changeable early November weather. Courteous and kept us well informed (sent photos and videos of each day's work). Took care of a couple of problems that came up along the way without complaint or unreasonable added costs (did a few added services free of charge and w no issues, e.g. patching chimney, clearing upstream clog in gutter downpipe). Finished the job in a tidy way that left house looking good and owners feeling satisfied, neither cheated nor mistreated. Would definitely recommend this roofing company to anyone, but esp. Bearsden homeowners.

Tony and his team just finished installing new gutters and repaired and put on a new flat roof on our existing extension and we were so happy with them!
