We just closed on a new home, thanks to Monica and David’s dedicated and effective service. As buyers in San Diego, we knew we were up against unprecedented competition. We were not interested in playing bidding war games for months and months. In order to win, we knew we needed experienced, creative agents. Monica and David were the right team to represent us in this market. They know how to structure offers that get attention. They are willing to pick up the phone and do the research necessary to put their clients in a position to win. They exceeded our expectations from start to finish. It’s worth noting that my first interaction with David was when I was looking for a condo to rent in Downtown San Diego. In my experience, many agents are not interested in assisting clients in finding rentals. David took my inquiry seriously and was very helpful, which is one of the reasons why we chose to work with him and Monica for this purchase. David helped me buying a condo in San Diego Downtown. I am so happy that I was able to buy my dream property at a reasonable price and the entire process was extremely smooth and stress free. In fact I feel that the buying process was even enjoyable. David's extensive knowledge and expertise in the San Diego real estate market was very helpful choosing the right property. He is readily available to respond by e-mail, text or even phone call. I also worked with Kevin when David was not available. Both of them are very professional and easy to work with. I appreciated it. David was a buyer agent when I sold my home last year. I was impressed by his professional work and the extremely smooth transaction. Buyer was also very happy with David's work. Buying my first home with David as my trusted guide was everything I could have hoped for. He made what's considered to potentially be one of the most important and stressful decisions that we can make in our lives instead seem like an exciting and enjoyable breeze! I really appreciated how responsive he and Monica were to every email, text, and phone call, and how I felt they were really advocating for me and my interests and I felt as though I was a part of a team. They both walked me through confusing paperwork, worked fast and were equally responsive and helpful with my lender and escrow, organized the home inspection with someone I thought to also be very good and trustworthy, and really made it seem as though making the process as easy and smooth as possible was at the forefront of their minds. I really appreciate as well how a percentage of what Greater Good Realty earns goes to local San Diego charities which is a really special way to give back to the community that also serves them. I can't praise the process enough working with David and Monica and if I could give more than five stars I would. I highly recommend David to anyone out there looking to buy or sell a home!

I recently purchased a condo Downtown San Diego and worked with David Stone and his team at Greater Good Realty. David was my realtor and primary point of contact but I did have the chance to work with Kevin and Monica on his team. Everyone was fantastic to work with — Each person was highly knowledgeable and provided fast responses for all matters or inquiries. I highly recommend giving David a call next time you are in need of a trustworthy realtor.
