My wife and I just sold our condo in Downtown San Diego with the help of Real Estate agent Scott Steingrebe and the Neuman Team. We were very pleased with the job Scott did in every aspect of selling our property. We found communication with Scott to be easy as he always picked up our calls or returned them very quickly. He was receptive to any input we provided yet always gave his professional opinion to help guide us. He always looked for the positives about the property and spoke of these positives to everyone he encountered. Scott Steingrebe has helped Me with Buying and Selling 2 different Condominiums in Downtown San Diego. Each Transaction was a Great Experience, from Negotiating with the other Agents involved, Managing Inspections, Appraisals and Ensuring Closing went Seamlessly. Working with Scott and Everyone Involved at the Neuman Team I Always felt like Each Transaction was Successful and an Easy Pleasure. The Neuman Team Allows You to have a Complete One Stop Experience. This One Stop Experience allows You to have No Worries that Any Part of the Process could go wrong and Everything is Completed On Time and Correctly the First Time. Everyone Involved from the Purchase or Sales Listing Works Efficiently with Each other to ensure No Detail no matter how Small or Big is Completed. I Honestly can not see a reason to use another Agent or Team.

How can I begin! Scott Steingrebe is not only a Super Star, he is the most personable NON “car salesman” I have ever met and worked with in my 59 years! He knows how to get things done and quickly! I was so amazed how quickly my property sold after Scott took over. He was communicative through the entire process and let me know every step without annoyance. He was responsive, caring, and all around good guy who does a stellar job. I would recommend nobody else for my real estate needs – buy, sell, rent.
