It is absolutely no surprise that this company has so many 5-star reviews. I honestly thought it might be suspect or they were fake, but despite my hesitation, I took a chance because no other company was willing to install a tent given our very specific constraints, especially at this price point. I can now say, without hesitation, that they deserve every single one of those glowing reviews and then some. Harry and his team went above and beyond to accommodate what was a very challenging install. They handled it with complete professionalism, calm confidence, and genuine optimism. I reached out to Harry many times leading up to the event, admittedly quite stressed that it might not work out, and every single time he was patient, realistic, reassuring, and proactive in offering backup solutions. Harry is not only incredibly knowledgeable and competent, but also one of the most genuinely kind and caring people I’ve had the pleasure of working with, and I don’t say that lightly. The communication, pricing, setup, and takedown were all absolutely impeccable. We are beyond thrilled and grateful to Harry and his team for making it possible for us to have such a fun and memorable evening. We will absolutely be using this company again and would recommend them without reservation.
It was easy to communicate with Harry before the event. On the day, Harry arrived early and the tent was set up in no time. We decided we wanted side walls and Harry was able to accommodate that by "borrowing" the side walls from the equipment in the truck that was meant for the next job. This meant an extra trip back to his warehouse before going to his next job, but Harry was very pleasant about it. The tent and lights looked beautiful in the evening and contributed to a successful event. I highly recommend Greater Toronto Tent Rentals.
Highly recommend! Reservation process was easy. Prices were good. Everything arrived on time and the set up was super smooth. Paul and JV were super organized, efficient, delivered great customer service and they even offered us additional help getting set up. This was for a backyard party and I had rented a tent and everything related (dishes, linens, tables etc.). I will definitely use this company again for a future event.
A prompt, reliable, and affordable option for tent rentals. Harry and his team were highly communicative from start to finish and worked with me to have exactly the type of set-up we needed. Paul and Simran were amazing on site. They set up the tents efficiently so that they looked good, provided great shade, and were super sturdy against the wind. This team is phenomenal and will be going with them again.
If you’re looking for a company to put up a tent in your backyard for any occasion, this is the company that you have to use. The customer service , the professionalism is unprecedented. You can always get somebody on the other end of the phone to answer the smallest questions. I highly highly recommend this company for tent rentals, chairs or tables. They put our event over the top. Pick up and delivery was also seamless. Paul was fantastic and very considerate he made sure that when they did put the tent up that none of our sprinkler systems were going to interfere with it, or puncture a line Thank you to Harry for answering all her questions and making our event a success we will definitely be a repeat customer for you going forward.
