I boarded my dog October 16 - 19 2025, and I had boarded her once before for a week without any issues. However, this time the staff did not give her any of her two medications. One medication is required daily and was provided in an unopened box and the box was returned to me unopened - I didn't notice this until I got home. The other medication was as needed for anxiety and no pills were taken so i don't know if they were monitoring her anxiety properly - I doubt it While fortunately my dog was ok, another animal could have been killed if they miss their medication. I paid Green Beagle Lodge $65 dollars a night to take care of my dog's basic needs and they failed at this simple task. I did talk to a manager, she seemed sympathetic and did confirm both of the medications were logged in the system. She said she they were going to perform an "investigation" and call me back the next day, but they never did.

We visit for assessment to be suitable for boarding. The in depth assessment and health requirements were comforting in making sure our dog is around other healthy well mannered friends.

GBL is River's second love where he receives love and attention while we are ou of town. We have used them for all of his 5 years and the staff greet hime with as much enthusiasm that he greets them. They send a detailed update and pictures while we are away and that makes us feel like his "vacation" is as fun as ours. River is in the enrichment classes and we so appreciate the structure and learning that he gets there. This is River's home away from home!

I took my dog to Green beagle for a four-hour trial daycare session (2 PM to 6 PM) and paid $50. When we got home, I noticed multiple injuries on my dog’s nose, which made me really upset. The lighting in the facility was dim, so I didn’t see the injuries right away. Although the staff sent a text message and explained the situation in person, I still feel this was due to inadequate supervision. My dog came home unhappy and seemed distressed. Injuries caused by hump from another dog. Determined to stop hump's behavior, it is not known which dog hump is, and has not received any response. I won’t be bringing my dog back here, and if your pet needs a safe environment, I wouldn’t recommend this daycare. They do not care the dog!!

Would like to give a shout to Alissa at Green Beagle Lodge for being the best groomer my dogs and I have worked with. And this is the case while Alissa was completing her training! I think the key is her communication skills. She inquires, listens, and really looks to implement what the dog owner wants. She is clearly good with dogs because one of mine is high on the jumpy scale and had a good bit of knots that I couldn't get near, while Alissa gave her a great haircut.
